The successful incumbents will provide on site Human Capital/Human Resources
support and execution to the one of our U.S. Federal Government clients.
Incumbents must demonstrate expertise in Federal Government HR functions,
requirements, policies, governing laws as applicable, specifications and
methods. The ideal incumbents have served in the Federal Government in
Human Resources, and have grown into a subject matter expert in their respective
sub-specialty of HR. Prior experience working for or serving as a
contractor to a federal government office is highly desired.
Minimum Education Required:
BA/BS plus 10 years experience in Federal Government human capital / human
resources required. MA/MS or higher preferred, +8 years experience may
substitute.
Travel/Location Restrictions:

The FEMA office for Long Term Community Recovery is looking for highly
qualified and experienced individuals to become a member of its expanding
Team. Immediate vacancies are for temporary, intermittent positions in the
leadership track in community planning, economic development, infrastructure
planning and health & social services. The mission of Long Term Community
Recovery (LTCR) is to promote successful long-term recoveries for
communities suffering extra ordinary damages after a major disaster. LTCR
helps communities build back safer, stronger, and better. It does so by
working to identify potential recovery resources and funding and to provide
technical assistance and planning. Personnel must have the experience,
training, and judgment to organize, coordinate, manage and direct the setup
of LTCR field operations.
